Our properties are excellently maintained, and are located close to public transit, shopping, parks, and local schools.

During 2024, our portfolio will grow to 712 homes for low- and moderate-income individuals and families. In 2022, our first property opened in Everett, at St. Therese. This property offers homes and on-site healthcare for seniors, as well as six homes for first-time homebuyers. With these six homes for sale completed, TND has created 44 homeownership opportunities.
