Steve Laferriere

Steve joined TND in the spring of 2015, and has been the Director of TND's Real Estate Department since 2019. Prior to that, Steve spent 10 years at two other Massachusetts CDCs. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of creating or renovating more than 600 affordable homes and nine commercial spaces. He is passionate about engaging residents and community members to design high-quality, healthy, safe and affordable homes as a way to strengthen communities and enable individuals and families to thrive.
