466 Broadway is a historic building in the heart of Bellingham Square that includes 17 homes and two commercial storefronts. The 17 apartments are currently affordable, but the deed restrictions that keep these homes affordable expire in 2031. TND purchased the property in 2026 and will extend the affordability restrictions, to make sure the affordable homes are preserved and residents can remain in their homes and in their community.
