Tax Preparer
Volunteer Tax Preparers work one-on-one with clients to prepare tax returns and answer client’s tax return questions.
You will receive free training to become a certified IRS Tax preparer.
Must be able to commit minimum of 8 hours per week from January through April.

Greeter
Intake greeters welcome all clients and help prepare intake forms, checking clients have all supporting documents, and share information about CONNECT’s Financial coaching and education programs.
Must be able to commit minimum of 8 hours per week from mid-January through mid-April.
Appointment Managers
Appointment Managers are responsible for answering phone calls, screening tax clients for eligibility, scheduling appointments, managing client database, and returning phone calls.
Must be able to commit minimum of 8 hours per week from mid-January through mid-April.
